The Elite Dream Builders was founded by two visionary brothers,
Hari (Founder) and Aravind (Managing Director), who grew up in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, with a shared mission to bring world-class construction standards to their hometown. Hari began his career at Larsen & Toubro (L&T), a globally renowned construction company. At L&T, he gained expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring the highest quality standards. His experiences shaped his commitment to introducing these international practices to Trichy, delivering homes that enrich the lives of families and elevate the community.

Aravind, with his innate talent for design, started his career as a designer and worked his way up to team lead. His keen eye for detail and innovative approach to creating functional yet aesthetic spaces perfectly complement Hari’s technical expertise.
